Refund Policy
Last updated 22 October 2026
Our books are digital files delivered to you immediately, so they cannot be returned. This is how refunds work.
When we will refund or fix your order
- You paid but did not receive your download links, and we cannot get them to you.
- A file is damaged, will not open, or is missing content, and we cannot replace it with a working copy.
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
We will always try to fix the problem first by resending the links or a corrected file.
Change of mind
Because you ask for immediate delivery of a digital product, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind once the download links have been sent. This does not affect any legal right you may have if the product is faulty or not as described.
How to ask
Email us within 30 days of your purchase with the email address you used to buy and what went wrong. If we agree to refund you, the money goes back to your original payment method through Stripe, normally within 5 to 10 business days.
