Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy a digital book through this website. The seller is Native Elements LLC ("we", "us"), a limited liability company formed in Florida and based in the United States. By placing an order you agree to them.

What you are buying

A digital book of natural skincare and hair care recipes by Abbey London Walker, in the edition or editions you choose, as PDF and EPUB files. It is a digital product. Nothing is shipped.

Price and tax

The price is shown at checkout in the currency displayed there. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies to you. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.

Delivery

After payment we email download links to the address you gave at checkout. The links work for 7 days, so please save the files to your device. If you do not receive the email within 15 minutes, check your spam folder and then contact us and we will resend it.

Your licence

You may keep and use the files for your own personal, non-commercial use, on your own devices. You may not copy, share, resell or publish the book or its contents, or use them to make products for sale, without our written permission.

Refunds

Please read our Refund Policy. It forms part of these terms.

Health and safety

The recipes are for general information and are not medical advice. Natural ingredients can still cause allergic reactions or irritation. Always patch test on a small area of skin 24 hours before first use, stop using a recipe if you notice irritation, and ask your doctor first if you have a skin condition or allergies, or are pregnant. Results vary from person to person. You use the recipes at your own risk.

Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for any claim relating to the book is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any consumer rights you have that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
